JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the Assistant/Restaurant manager in ensuring that operations of the restaurant are run efficiently
- Lead a team of staff to ensure that service and food standards are maintained at all times
- Ensure that standard operating procedures are followed
- Respond to guest enquiries and feedback in the most professional way
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
- Good communications skills and team leadership skills
- Have a passion for F&B
- Experience in Japanese cuisine will be an advantage
