      JOB DESCRIPTION

      • Assist the Assistant/Restaurant manager in ensuring that operations of the restaurant are run efficiently
      • Lead a team of staff to ensure that service and food standards are maintained at all times
      • Ensure that standard operating procedures are followed
      • Respond to guest enquiries and feedback in the most professional way
      • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

      JOB REQUIREMENTS

      • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
      • Good communications skills and team leadership skills
      • Have a passion for F&B
      • Experience in Japanese cuisine will be an advantage
