JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Team Leader is much more process and activity oriented.
- Assists the Shift Manager in all food and service operations including training of staffs, staff supervision, equipment maintenance, general cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Implement management team directions and giving constructive feedbacks / updates on the process and results on a timely manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Love challenges and able to work under pressure
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Related experience in F&B industry
