JOB DESCRIPTION
- Accomplish and maintain the highest quality of food, beverage and services
- Assists in maintaining all equipment to its best function and cleanliness in the store
- Assists back of house (BOH) in food presentation, kitchen procedures, other food – and services – related areas
- Coordinates departmental responsibilities
- Train front/back of house (FOH/BOH) personnel
- Maintains close surveillance of guest comments and complaints, provides corrections when applicable
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 Years relevant Supervisory Experience
- Good Advancement Opportunities
