      ASTONS Steak & Salad – Team Leader

      JOB DESCRIPTION

      • Accomplish and maintain the highest quality of food, beverage and services
      • Assists in maintaining all equipment to its best function and cleanliness in the store
      • Assists back of house (BOH) in food presentation, kitchen procedures, other food – and services – related areas
      • Coordinates departmental responsibilities
      • Train front/back of house (FOH/BOH) personnel
      • Maintains close surveillance of guest comments and complaints, provides corrections when applicable
      • Any ad-hoc duties assigned

      JOB REQUIREMENTS

      • Minimum 2 Years relevant Supervisory Experience
      • Good Advancement Opportunities
