“It all started with a simple dream…”
In 2005, Aston Soon turned a simple dream into reality, bringing quality, affordable Western steaks to everyday diners from a humble Katong stall. Through the irresistible aroma of charbroiled meats and word-of-mouth praise, ASTONS grew into a multi-brand F&B Group with outlets across Singapore. Through it all, our founding promise remains unchanged: quality ingredients, generous portions, fair prices, and a warm welcome for everyone.

Founding of ASTONS Express
Bringing our iconic charbroil closer to home, ASTONS Express was created to go into the heartlands to serve quick, affordable steaks. The concept was launched to meet the growing demand of customers in the residential area of different neighbourhoods.

Founding of ASTONS Prime
ASTONS elevated its dining experience with ASTONS Prime, introducing premium cuts of steak and sizzling hotplates in a more refined yet accessible atmosphere.

CHIC-A-BOO was founded to serve the warmest and crispiest Southern-style fried chicken you can find anywhere, with classic sides and generous set bundles. CHIC-A-BOO rebranded in 2020 to keep pace with the customer’s growing tastes, ensuring each bite stays as crunchy & warm as ever.

Expanding into oriental cuisine, East Treasure Chinese Restaurant opened to serve masterfully crafted, Chinese specialties with rich and authentic flavours.
Founding of BIZEN Wagyu & Salad Bar
Partnering directly with Okayama cattle farmers, BIZEN brings exclusive, affordable Japanese Wagyu to local diners. By importing the entire carcass, BIZEN offers over 20 lesser-known A3 Wagyu cuts – allowing guests to savor a unique and diverse steak-tasting experience beyond the standard cuts.
CSR initiative with APSN
Deepening its commitment to community support, ASTONS partnered with the Association for Persons with Special Needs (APSN) to provide meaningful training and inclusive employment opportunities.

Founding of East Treasure Prawn Noodle
Driven by Aston Soon’s love for a comforting bowl of prawn noodles, East Treasure expanded from its heritage roots into soulful hawker classics. Believing a truly great bowl is hard to find in Singapore, Aston created East Treasure Prawn Noodles – celebrated for its rich, umami-packed broth brewed from the freshest and sweetest prawns.
